“Bryant Apartments has been a nice community to live in. The community is secure with gates around the property and gates to enter the apartment buildings. The only downside is sometimes the app used to open the gates don’t work so you have to walk outside to let visitors in and delivery drivers [food or otherwise] cannot drop off at your door. Also, depending on which floor you live on you could have noisy upstairs neighbors, but noise cokes with any apartment complex.”

“I mean I love the location, so you can’t get mad at real estate. However, I have a few pet peeves about this complex. I see the events are finally coming back, so I will not comment on that. However, the pool is constantly closing, and I was only able to go to it once. The AirBnB people get notified before residents when the pool re-opens, the water bugs outside are becoming apparent, the AirBnB people constantly leave their dog poop and so does the townhouse residents that use our amenities. There should be locks on the building 4 pet park because it’ll stop unauthorized access. Also, the door by the back gate constantly sticks, and you have to maneuver your way into it. For some reason, we can’t have guest codes, guest fobs, and our app opens the dumbest door. Like, why doesn’t it open ANY of the doors inside the gate. That makes it a hassle when getting things delivered or having guests. The Dwelo system is a hit or miss.”

“Moving into my new apartment has been a refreshing experience. I enjoy the simplicity and convenience it brings, especially with the nearby shops and places to explore. The space feels comfortable, and I’ve been settling in well, slowly making it my own. Adjusting to the new surroundings has been smooth, and I’m really looking forward to creating more memories here, especially with how close it is to things I love, like traveling and shopping. It’s been a nice balance of relaxation and excitement!”

“Overall I enjoy living at the Bryant apartments. There have been a few times where the noise from above us has woken me and my roommates up at night. The road can get noisy being right on Wilkinson but when walking behind on the other side it is very peaceful and nice. The pool is beautiful but I have had some frustration with how much it has been closed. The gym is nice just can get crowded at peak hours. Overall I enjoy living here”

Parking is horrible and when it came time to renew my lease they increased the price by a lot and when I checked the website to see what they were going to list it at. It was less than what I was paying. They also didn’t do anything about the loud girl above me.”

“Front office staff are friendly and helpful, units are great and you can tell an experienced and quality architect was actually hired unlike more residential complexes. gym cable machine has been broken for several weeks now and the dog parks fences are too wide making playing with your dog impossible – tennis ball/toys goes right through the fence + the plastic fake sod gets incredibly hot”

“Everyone seems super friendly and open. While moving in we had several people ask if we needed any help which was very kind. The apartment itself is very nice and everything we could’ve asked for. The pool closed the day after we moved in due to some sort of incident and has yet to reopen which has been unfortunate. We are hopeful it will reopen soon because that was a major part of the reason we moved here! Overall enjoying the experience so far.”
